A four-rider strong stoner/doom/metal thunder rising out of Helsinki, Finland, formerly known as Erotic Support, whose second demo "II" received praise from both audiences and critics alike.

With the third "Die by the..." demo/EP the Swords return in their new incarnation slower, heavier and more melodic - clichéd, but true - preparing to pillage the land with live shows.

The Swords of Mars were forged in 2001 in the furnaces of Hellsinki. At first churning out balls-out stoner rock, they've slowed down with each release culminating in the latest three song and seventeen minute long offering to the Riff.

With shows already lined up for 2007 and a couple of new dirges already under their belt, the Swords are honed and sharper than ever.
